Can I change the alloy of a piece to a different carat or colour?

Yes! Many customers have done this, for example requested 14ct gold or a rosey gold colour. If you are interested in one of our pieces in a different alloy (including silver) contact us via the website or send a DM on Instagram and we can discuss.

Can I change the gemstones in a piece?

Yes! Many customers have bespoked their pieces with different gemstones that either have meaning or significance to them or they just prefer a different colour way. This makes the piece even more unique to you. Please contact us via the website or send a DM on Instagram and we are happy to source gemstones for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally with UPS

Why does the checkout add 20% VAT?

All UK customers must pay 20% VAT on all items, that is the law. It is easier to separate this VAT on the website for international customers who DO NOT pay VAT, but must pay duty at their destination.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes we do! We offer layaway options of 3-6 months, please DM us on Instagram or contact us via the website to discuss options.

No refunds on layaways

First deposit is non refundable

The layaway terms cannot be altered by either party

If for some reason you find you cannot pay the layaway, the first instalment and deposit will not be refunded but there after the instalments will be. For example - you get to the fourth instalment and cannot pay, your third instalment will be refunded and the layaway will be suspended.
