We hope you love your purchase - but if for some reason you need to return an item, please return upon receipt within 48 hours. All items must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Any treatments to gemstones sold by What The Trunks Jewels are common to the Gem and Jewellery trade worldwide and are of a permanent nature. All our gemstones, such as diamonds, ruby, emeralds, sapphire, amethyst, opal and aquamarine, are natural gemstones and have not been created in a laboratory. Any synthetic versions of gemstones which we sell are clearly identified / described as synthetic, ie, Morganite.
